I am a mum!!!!

...ok am actually a foster mum and...it is for pets but still, a mum is a mum...hmmm?

(cough!cough!cough)

So, let me introduce you to (cough!COUGH!cough) Taz.

As you can see on the picture below, he has some hearing problems . After 2 weeks with us , Taz feels totally at home.

This adorable dog is 14 , he has a heart condition and suffers from arthritus ( is it how to spell it???)

He is way too old to stay at the kennel of the rescue centre which is why we are fostering him.

Since he's been with us, he has been ( cough!!!!!COUGH!) very calm and hasn't bitten for ages ( sign of pain or just warnings). He even goes for little walks which are getting longer ( when it is not raining ).His fur is getting very shiny. His walk has improved as he has lost some weight ( more exercise....I should do the same...).

I absolutey love this mini one! He is a very sweet little thing.

Meanwhile, I have been catching up with doll making and custom orders.

(cough!)

This doll is available on my shop

This one , with the blue dress, is Bitha, a custom doll made for a very sweet doll collector who is happy to show her beautiful collection and her own artwork here. I have tried to make the doll look a bit like her.

I have also opened some workshops for the summer to boost children's creativity!

We are having so much ( cough! cough!COUGH! cough!!!) fun!!!

On another note, my health is improving but I still have this bad

cough.

But... am alive!!!

Always look on the bright side of life!

hu!hu!hu!hu ( this is supposed to be me whistling...)

Wonna hear the real stuff?

Ok, it is right here

Bye ( cough) for now!!!

I hope to hear from you all very soon.

How sweet of you to take an old dog & make the last of its life into one of love. It takes a person with lots of love to do this. You are great!

I have an old dog too & though she is not 14, she has her limits too. She sleeps alot, but she loves me so much & gives me kisses all the time when she is awake.

I wish you lots of loving times with Taz! I hope he brings joy into your life.

By the way, it's 'arthritis'. It's a suffix (ending) that means inflammation. I looked it up and I think it was one of the first ever words in English to end with 'itis'. The adjective that goes with it is 'itic', as in 'arthritic'. (I hope you don't mind me explaining this - you know how I love words!!)

Ohh you are a great mom! And yes a pet-mom it is a MOM too!!!

Taz will give you plenty of love. You have a big heart for adopting a doggie of that age and with such conditions. You will not regret it. Senior doggies are the most loving! I am a pet mom and I adore my Coco girl!

Ohh your dollies are gorgeous! I love reading your blog :)

Awww he is so cute! And the new dolls are adorable as usual. Hope you'll get rid of this cough soon, not funny in summertime :-(

I do hope your cough gets better. I still have mine, only to find out it's actaully pneumonia.

That is such a sweet story about the dog. My husbands dog went through the same thing at that age. He has since passed but was very loved and is missed.

You are so sweet to take care of this adorable little dog. I know you have so much love to give, he will definitely feel right at home soon. The dollies look beautiful and Bitha is lovely. I hope your cough will go away soon, it is awful to have a cold during the summer time.

Sweet, so nice to have a furry animal to share your life with.

We now are the family of a four week, almost five week old kitten now. :)

It's grand being a mom/mum. :)

Taz is beautiful is pulling my heart strings.

I'm a little heartbroken actually. About a fortnight ago, we nearly adopted Khan a 3 year old abandoned dog from a home. We went out and bought lot of goodies for him, but had to be realistic ...I've been made unemployed a few months ago and my husband is not working either - the joy he would have brought us would have been priceless, but other things we have to be realistic about like vet bills and so on, so for financial reasons we had to walk away. It hurts and has made me really sad. So I am warmed by your warmth towards Taz x
